Privacy notice

Last updated October 18, 2026

This notice covers nextspike.com, run by Next Spike LLC. It’s short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email, business details, your message, and your phone number and city if you choose to share them. When you unlock a playbook in the planner, we collect your email, your brand name if you add it, the plan you made, and the ranges you picked, such as your average order or audience size. Your planner answers stay in your browser until you unlock a playbook or send us your idea. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run the site and keep it secure.

We don’t use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party fonts that phone home. Everything on this site is served from our own host.

How we use it

To reply to you and talk about working together. We don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. Two outside companies handle it for us: Netlify, which hosts this site and processes form submissions, and Resend, which sends your Spike Report when you ask for it by email.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to follow up, then delete them. Ask us any time and we’ll delete yours sooner.

Your choices

Email to see, correct, or delete anything you’ve sent us.

Do Not Track

We don’t track visitors across other websites, so there’s nothing for a Do Not Track signal to turn off.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
